Ingredients

  • 8 spring roll wrappers
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Vegetable oil, for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.

  3. Take one spring roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the pork mixture in the center. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll tightly, sealing the edges with a bit of water.

  4. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

  5. Place the spring rolls on a greased baking sheet and brush the tops with vegetable oil.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the spring rolls are crispy and golden brown.

  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
