How To Make Spinach Lasagna Roll Ups

Ingredients
- 8 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups of spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.

Lay a cooked lasagna noodle on a clean surface and spread a generous amount of the spinach and cheese mixture evenly over the noodle.

Roll the noodle up tightly and place it seam-side down in the baking dish. Repeat with the remaining noodles.

Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the rolled-up lasagna noodles. Sprinkle additional mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on top.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
