  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of paprika
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Set the egg whites aside.

  2. In a bowl, mash the egg yolks with a fork until smooth.

  3. Add the mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, and salt to the mashed yolks. Mix well to combine.

  4. Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites, dividing it evenly among them.

  5. Sprinkle the deviled eggs with paprika and garnish with fresh parsley.

  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
