Ingredients

  • 8 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup crab meat, drained and picked
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks. Place yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork.

  2. Add crab meat, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the mashed yolks. Mix well to combine.

  3. Spoon or pipe the crab mixture back into the egg whites, creating a mound on top.

  4. Sprinkle each egg with paprika for garnish.

  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
