How To Make Crab Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
Tender mushroom caps filled with savory crab stuffing.

Ingredients
- 16 large mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Remove stems from mushrooms and set caps aside. Finely chop stems.

In a skillet, sauté onion, garlic, and chopped mushroom stems in olive oil until tender.

Add crab meat, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well.

Stuff mushroom caps with crab mixture.

Place stuffed mushrooms in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender and filling is golden brown. Serve warm.
