  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh chives, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard-boil the eggs: Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 9 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.

  2. Remove the yolks: Gently remove the yolks from the eggs and place them in a bowl. Set the egg whites aside.

  3. Prepare the filling: Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sriracha sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.

  4. Fill the egg whites: Spoon or pipe the filling into the egg white halves. Sprinkle with chopped fresh chives for garnish.

  5. Serve: Arrange the deviled eggs on a platter and serve chilled.
