How To Make Spicy Deviled Eggs

- 8 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh chives, for garnish

Hard-boil the eggs: Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 9 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.

Remove the yolks: Gently remove the yolks from the eggs and place them in a bowl. Set the egg whites aside.

Prepare the filling: Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sriracha sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.

Fill the egg whites: Spoon or pipe the filling into the egg white halves. Sprinkle with chopped fresh chives for garnish.
