How To Make Easter Chick Deviled Eggs

- 8 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Carrot, cut into triangles for beaks
- Black olives, cut into small pieces for eyes
- Fresh dill, for garnish
Instructions

Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork.

Add mayonnaise, mustard, chopped chives, salt, and pepper to the mashed egg yolks. Mix until well combined.

Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture, creating a smooth and even surface.

Place a carrot triangle in the center of each filled egg to create the beak. Use black olive pieces to make the eyes.

Garnish each egg with a small sprig of fresh dill.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
