  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

  2. To prepare the lobster tails, use kitchen shears to carefully cut through the top shell and remove the meat, keeping it attached to the bottom shell.

  3. In a bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, parsley, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  4. Divide the crab mixture evenly among the four lobster tails, spooning it onto the meat in the shells.

  5. Place the stuffed lobster tails onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and the stuffing is golden brown.

  6. Serve the crab-stuffed lobster tails with lemon wedges for squeezing over the top.
