Sweet and slightly tart raspberries provide the majority of the flavor in this chia pudding pops. Add some coconut for a refreshing aftertaste.

  • ½cuplite coconut milk
  • ½cupunsweetened almond milk
  • ¾cupraspberries
  • 2tbspchia seeds
  • 1tbspsweetened shredded coconut
  • 8dropsnu-naturals liquid stevia,or sugar/honey to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large container.

  2. Mix well and close container; refrigerate 4 hours so the chia expands.

  3. Pour into 4 popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
