  • 1 lb whole cleaned squid bodies
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • parsley, for garnish chopped
  • lemon wedges, for serving
  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes


  • In a bowl, toss squid with a drizzle of olive oil until lightly coated.
  • Grill squid, asparagus and tomatoes on grill until brown on both sides.
  • Season squid with salt and pepper, drizzle olive oil on top, garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges, asparagus and tomatoes.
