Ingredients
- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish
- Crackers or bread, for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Place the brie cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Using a sharp knife, cut off the top rind of the brie cheese.

In a small bowl, mix together the dried cranberries and chopped walnuts.

Spoon the cranberry and walnut mixture onto the brie cheese, spreading it evenly.

Drizzle honey over the top of the cranberry and walnut mixture.

Bake the stuffed brie in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
