How To Make Apple Stuffed Pork Chops

- 4 thick-cut pork chops
- 2 apples, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, combine the diced apples, breadcrumbs, chopped walnuts, dried cranberries, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.

Cut a pocket into each pork chop, being careful not to cut all the way through.

Spoon the apple stuffing into the pockets of the pork chops, dividing it evenly among them.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Sear the stuffed pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.

Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish and place in the preheated oven.

Bake for 18-20 minutes until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
