- 1 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions

Line a 9×9 inch square baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large saucepan, combine maple syrup, heavy cream, sugar, butter, and salt.

Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture reaches 238°F (soft-ball stage) on a candy thermometer.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and chopped walnuts.

Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
