  • 1 cup marinated olives
  • 1 cup sliced salami
  • 1 cup sliced prosciutto
  • 1 cup assorted cheeses (such as mozzarella, provolone, and gouda)
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup balsamic glaze
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Arrange the olives, salami, prosciutto, cheeses, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, and cherry tomatoes on a large platter.

  2. Drizzle the balsamic glaze and extra virgin olive oil over the ingredients.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
