Ingredients

  • 4 cups of mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup of sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup of sliced salami
  • 1/2 cup of sliced ham
  • 1/4 cup of chopped roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup of sliced artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup of Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Arrange mixed greens on a large platter or individual plates.

  2. Layer pepperoni, salami, and ham on top of the greens.

  3. Sprinkle roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, and black olives over the meats.

  4. Crumble feta cheese on top of the salad.

  5. Drizzle Italian dressing over the salad and serve immediately.
