How To Make Apricot & Hazelnut Stuffing
Stuffing is a great add-on to your main dishes. More than just something to fill the turkey with during Thanksgiving, stuffing is a wonderful side dish to complement your dish of choice. There’s no stopping you in enjoying this stuffing recipe!

Ingredients
- 4 cups bread cubes
- 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread cubes, dried apricots, hazelnuts, celery, onion, and garlic.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the thyme, sage, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Pour the butter mixture over the bread mixture. Toss to combine, ensuring all ingredients are evenly coated.

Gradually add the broth, tossing the mixture until it is moistened but not soggy.

Transfer the stuffing to the prepared baking dish and cover with foil.

Bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the top is crispy and golden.
