  • 8 slices of bread
  • 12 ounces of smoked salmon
  • 8 strips of bacon, cooked crispy
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 4 leaves of lettuce
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.

  2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.

  3. Layer the smoked salmon, bacon, tomato, avocado, and lettuce on 4 slices of bread.

  4. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Top with the remaining slices of bread, mayo side down.

  6. Cut the sandwiches into halves or quarters.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
