How To Make Any-roast Apricot & Pecan Stuffing

Stuffing is a great add-on to your main dishes. More than just something to fill the turkey with during Thanksgiving, stuffing is a wonderful side dish to complement your dish of choice. There’s no stopping you in enjoying this stuffing recipe!

Cooking: 40 minutes
Total: 55 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cubed bread
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried sage
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, dried apricots, pecans, melted butter, chicken broth, dried thyme, dried sage, salt, and pepper.

  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.

  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to allow the top to crisp up.

  7. Serve hot as a delicious side dish with any roast.
