How To Make Steak Burrito Bowl
A delicious and hearty bowl filled with grilled steak, rice, beans, and fresh toppings.

Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for grilling
Instructions

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Season the flank steak with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Grill for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice against the grain.

In a bowl, combine cooked rice, black beans, corn, avocado slices, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, and diced red onion.

In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, lime juice, salt, and pepper to create a dressing.
