
How To Make Apricot & Pistachio Stuffing
Stuffing is a great add-on to your main dishes. More than just something to fill the turkey with during Thanksgiving, stuffing is a wonderful side dish to complement your dish of choice. There’s no stopping you in enjoying this stuffing recipe!

Ingredients
- 4 cups bread cubes
- 1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, dried apricots, and pistachios.

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced onion and celery, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.

Pour melted butter, onion, and celery mixture over bread cube mixture.

Add chicken broth, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.

Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
