Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup of white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the vinegar, water, sugar, salt, peppercorns, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil.

  2. Place the sliced radishes in a heatproof container or jar.

  3. Pour the boiling liquid over the radishes, making sure they are completely submerged.

  4. Let the pickled radishes cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
