- 2 lbs of chicken wings
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp of ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- 1 tsp of sesame seeds (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray
