  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the white wine vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  2. Add the fennel, radishes, and peaches to the dressing and toss to coat.
