- 4 slices of bread
- 2 boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1 cup of radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- Fresh dill, for garnish
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together the apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Add the sliced radishes and let them pickle for 10 minutes.

Toast the bread slices until golden brown.

Spread mashed avocado on each slice of bread.
