  • 1 bunch of radishes, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup of red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the radishes, salad greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, and parsley.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
