Zucchini Spread Recipe

This dip is very tasty and can also be spread on thin slices of French bread and served on individual plates.

How To Make Zucchini Spread

  • 3 cup zucchini (shredded)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend well.

  2. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. 

  3. Serve with crackers, bread rounds or fresh vegetables.
