  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp applesauce
  • 2 tbsp honey, or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

To serve:

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • vanilla wafers, or sliced fruit of your choice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and fold until evenly incorporated.
  2. Garnish with ground cinnamon, and serve with either sliced fruit or vanilla wafers!
