Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Jack Daniels whiskey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water

In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, Jack Daniels whiskey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pineapple juice, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.

Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth. Gradually add the cornstarch mixture to the sauce, stirring constantly.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
