Ingredients
- 1 cup of beer
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of salt
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the beer, brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved.

Place the steak in a large zip-top bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for maximum flavor.
