  • 3 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro, and cumin.

  2. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
