How To Make Hummus
With this classic hummus recipe, you can make a simple and tasty dip that goes with almost everything- from fresh veggies to bread.

Ingredients
- 19ozgarbanzo beans,juices reserved
- 3tbsptahini
- 3tbspolive oil
- 1clovegarlic,minced
- ¼tspsalt,or to taste
- 2tbsplemon,juiced
- 1tspcumin
- olive oil and parsley,for garnish
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor except reserved juices.

Pulse a few times to get the blending started. Add in reserved juice a bit at a time until you reach desired consistency.

Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil and garnish with parsley and a sprinkle of paprika or cumin.
