How To Make Hummus

With this classic hummus recipe, you can make a simple and tasty dip that goes with almost everything- from fresh veggies to bread.

  • 19ozgarbanzo beans,juices reserved
  • 3tbsptahini
  • 3tbspolive oil
  • 1clovegarlic,minced
  • ¼tspsalt,or to taste
  • 2tbsplemon,juiced
  • 1tspcumin
  • olive oil and parsley,for garnish


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor except reserved juices.

  2. Pulse a few times to get the blending started. Add in reserved juice a bit at a time until you reach desired consistency.

  3. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil and garnish with parsley and a sprinkle of paprika or cumin.
