- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Heat over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until mixture begins to boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until mixture has thickened and reduced by half.
