  • 4 salmon fillets (about 4-6 oz. each)
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp of ground flax seeds
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, soy sauce, and minced garlic.

  4. Brush the honey glaze generously over the salmon fillets, and then sprinkle with ground flax seeds.

  5. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through and tender.
