How To Make Flax Seed and Honey Glazed Salmon Recipe
This tender and flavorful salmon recipe gets its tasty sweetness from a glaze made with honey and healthy crunch from flax seeds.

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 4-6 oz. each)
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp of ground flax seeds
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
