Ingredients

  • 1 lb. raw large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 4-5 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss shrimp in the butter mixture.
  4. Place shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 6-8 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and lemon juice over shrimp and garnish with chopped parsley.
