Ingredients

  • 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 tbsp of ground flax seed
  • 2 cups of mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 4 tbsp of honey
  • 1 cup of granola

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and ground flax seed.

  2. Divide the yogurt mixture into 4 serving bowls.

  3. Top each bowl with mixed berries, honey, and granola.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
