How To Make Keto Chicken Skewers Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, ground cumin, sea salt, black pepper, and fresh parsley.

Add chicken cubes to the bowl, and toss to coat with the marinade. Cover the bowl, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
