  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.

  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork chops, ensuring they are evenly coated.

  4. Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for 4-6 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

  5. Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
