- 1 pack of enoki mushrooms
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup ice-cold water
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions

Clean and separate enoki mushrooms by gently pulling apart.

In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together egg and ice-cold water.

Pour egg mixture into the flour mixture and whisk until batter is smooth.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or pot.

Dip enoki mushrooms in batter to coat well and carefully drop them in hot oil.
