Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb, sliced thinly
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

Add the lamb and stir fry until browned, then transfer to a plate.

In the same skillet, add the onion, red bell pepper, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch, soy sauce, brown sugar, and water until smooth.

Pour the sauce over the vegetables and bring to a simmer.

Return the lamb to the skillet and stir until coated in the sauce.
