Ingredients

  • 1 lb lamb, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine cornstarch and lamb slices, tossing to coat evenly.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking until fragrant.

  3. Add the coated lamb slices to the skillet and cook until crispy and browned.

  4. In a separate small bowl, mix together soy sauce and hoisin sauce. Pour the sauce mixture over the cooked lamb slices, stirring until well coated.

  5. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce has thickened.

  6. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
