How To Make Rhubarb Smoothie

A refreshing and tangy smoothie made with fresh rhubarbs.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh rhubarb, chopped
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add chopped rhubarbs, banana, almond milk, honey and ice cubes.

  2. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

  3. Divide equally among four glasses and serve chilled.
