Ingredients
- 12 oz tomatoes, preferably Roma’s, chopped
- 3 tbsp red onion, chopped
- 1½ avocados, chopped
- 3 corn tortillas , or flour tortillas, 8-inch
- 15 slices cooked ham, roughly 11½ oz total
- 1¼ cups arugula
- ¾ cup Monterey Jack, or Pepper Jack, or Mexican cheese of your choice
- sour cream, to serve
- tomato salsa, to serve
Instructions

Divide the ham equally between each tortilla and top with equal portions of the vegetables & cheese.

Fold the wrap and cut in half to serve.

Serve together with sour cream & tomato salsa.
