Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into thick chips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Place the potato chips on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Toss well to coat evenly.

Spread the chips out in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Meanwhile, crack the eggs into individual small bowls or ramekins.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and make small wells in the chips using a spoon. Gently pour each egg into a well.

Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your desired doneness.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
