  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Place the potato chips on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Toss well to coat evenly.

  3. Spread the chips out in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

  4. Meanwhile, crack the eggs into individual small bowls or ramekins.

  5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and make small wells in the chips using a spoon. Gently pour each egg into a well.

  6. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your desired doneness.

  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
