How To Make Smoky Bacon Pot Noodle

Ingredients

  • 4 strips of bacon, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the pot.

  2. Add garlic and onion to the pot and sauté until onions are translucent.

  3. Add chicken broth and water to the pot and bring to a boil.

  4. Break the instant ramen noodles into smaller pieces and add them to the pot. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until noodles are tender.

  5. Stir in soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Divide the pot noodle into bowls and top with crispy bacon and chopped green onions. Serve hot.
