How To Make Rosemary & Garlic Lamb Burgers

Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
Total: 25 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, red onion

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to evenly distribute the flavors.

  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties. Make sure to press them down slightly in the center to prevent them from puffing up while cooking.

  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the lamb burgers for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

  4. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a few seconds until lightly golden.

  5. Assemble the burgers by placing the cooked lamb patties on the bottom bun, and add your desired toppings on top. Finish with the top bun.

  6. Serve the rosemary & garlic lamb burgers hot and enjoy!
