How To Make Rosemary & Garlic Lamb Burgers
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground lamb
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, red onion
Instructions
-
In a bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to evenly distribute the flavors.
-
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties. Make sure to press them down slightly in the center to prevent them from puffing up while cooking.
-
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the lamb burgers for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
-
Toast the burger buns on the grill for a few seconds until lightly golden.
-
Assemble the burgers by placing the cooked lamb patties on the bottom bun, and add your desired toppings on top. Finish with the top bun.
-
Serve the rosemary & garlic lamb burgers hot and enjoy!
