How To Make Posh Egg, Chips & Beans

Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 4 large potatoes, cut into chips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- 2 cans of baked beans

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Cook the chips: Place the potato chips on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with paprika and salt. Toss to coat evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.

While the chips are baking, prepare the eggs: Boil water in a saucepan, gently add the eggs and cook for 6-7 minutes for a medium-soft yolk or adjust according to your preference. Once cooked, peel and set aside.

Heat the baked beans in a separate saucepan over medium heat until heated through.

Assemble the dish: Divide the chips among serving plates. Place two eggs on each plate. Serve them with a generous serving of hot baked beans.
