Copycat P.F. Chang’s Crispy Garlic Snap Peas Recipe

Vegetables are a great and healthy side for any meal. This snap peas copycat recipe is enough to make you feel like you are inside P.F. Chang’s. The garlic provides a little kick to an already satisfying side of snap peas and adds just the right amount of flavor to leave you wanting more.

How To Make Copycat P.F. Chang’s Crispy Garlic Snap Peas

  • 2 cups fresh sugar snap peas
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • dash black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  1. Cut off the tips on each end of the pods to prepare the snap peas.
  2. Over medium heat, preheat the vegetable oil in either a medium skillet or a wok.
  3. Saute the snap peas in oil for 3 minutes with salt and black pepper.
  4. Add minced garlic, toss the peas and pour onto a serving platter.
  5. Don’t leave garlic in skillet or wok for more than 10 seconds, otherwise it will take over the flavor of the snap peas.
