How To Make Habanero Pepper Shrimp Stir-Fry Recipe

A fiery and flavorful stir-fry loaded with shrimp, crunchy veggies, and spicy habanero peppers!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 habanero peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over high heat.

  2. Add the garlic, habanero peppers, red bell pepper, and onion, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.

  3. Add the shrimp and soy sauce to the skillet, and stir-fry for an additional 5-7 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot with rice or noodles.
