How To Make Banana Pepper and Chicken Stir-Fry
Tangy and spicy chicken stir-fry with banana peppers.

Ingredients
- 500g boneless chicken, sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 banana peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a bowl, mix chicken, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.

Heat oil in a wok or skillet over high heat and stir-fry chicken for 5 minutes until golden brown.

Add banana peppers, onion, garlic, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.

Serve hot with rice.
