Instructions

  4. Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

  5. Top with shredded chicken, sliced red onion, and shredded mozzarella cheese.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.

  8. Slice and serve hot.
